Absolutely! Custom sytem design is a love of ours, and this can include RV repair! With so many options for parts and repair, we will help you find the right parts for your needs at the right price, guaranteed!
If there is something wrong with my repair/system/part, do you have a guarantee or warranty policy?
Yes - we guarantee our work and all of the parts we use are from reputable companies with manufacturer warranties for a period of 1-5+ years. Please contact us to discuss your specific concerns.
Do you offer warranty work? If so, what is the process?
We do offer warranty work on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your specific needs and how we may assist you. If we are not able to handle it directly, we will direct you to a reputable shop that can.
I would like to design my own sytem, or already am in the process of doing so, and I need help. Do you offer assistance with DIY projects?
Yes we do! We offer system consulting at an affordable price to get you set up correctly and safely! We have multiple options for DIY kits and if you get your system parts from us, we also offer remote monitoring/troubleshooting free of charge to ensure your adventures are worry-free!
The system I want/repairs I need are too expensive, are there cheaper options?
We design each system and repair request based on the individual rig and customize it to the customer's needs.
For solar and battery systems: We understand that it can get expensive and that is why all of our systems can be built in stages. This allows you to use your system and get started toward your off-grid dreams while you are saving up to add more. We will work with you every step of the way, keeping your budget in mind, to get you the best system we can at the best price.
For repairs: We know repairs can be costly, inconvenient, and frustrating! We make every attempt we can to keep the cost affordable and will keep you informed and involved during the process so there aren't any surprises. We use quality parts to avoid issues in the future and guarantee our work so you have peace of mind it is fixed right the first time!

We also offer a Veteran's discount as our way of giving back to those that have given so much for us!
Do you travel to places outside of Utah for work?
Yes! We regularly travel to trailer rallies all over the West Coast as vendors and also have made trips to Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Tennessee (to name a few...) for installs and repairs. If you are interested in an out-of-state repair, reach out to us and we'll make it happen!
